The project included the construction of a 610 bed Student Accommodation facility within UQ’s St Lucia Campus. The award winning 17 storey building offers residents with resort style living in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for residents with a strong connection to landscape and indoor / outdoor communal spaces. Amenity is unrivalled with a gourmet communal kitchen, gym, games room, music room and podcast studio, lounges and rooftop deck with a magnesium pool, cabanas, kitchen, barbecue, dining, and 360-degree views of Brisbane city. This project was achieved successfully and has been a catalyst for additional student accommodation at the St Lucia campus.
