Working across a portfolio of projects, Colab provided Development Management Services in the preparation of funding applications for Quickstarts and the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF). The role included acquisition and identification of development partners, feasibility studies, coordination of the bid documentation and bid writing. Colab has been successful in supporting Bric to achieve funding for the delivery of projects in 2025 / 2026.
