The project located in an EDQ priority area will provide 152 Social and Affordable Housing including a mixture of 1-Bedroom, 2- Bedroom and 3-Bedroom apartments designed to Silver and Gold Livable Housing Standards. The design is required to achieve 5* Green Star and is to be naturally ventilated throughout with provision for air conditioning. This project will be funded by the Housing Australia Future Fund and is expected to complete at the end of 2026. 

1. Supported SGCH with the bid writing and due diligence for the Housing Australia Future Fund Bid (HAFF).
2. Review of Procurement strategies and engagement of the builder under an ECI process.
3. Coordination of the team through the design and delivery to construction and superintendency.
