Refurbishment and expansion of the Head Office located at 201 Charlotte Street to provide 5,400sqm of office space. Phase 1 of the project included training rooms, offices and a control room for off-site operations and situational response. Following the successful delivery of Phase 1, the team was awarded Phase 2 which required careful coordination across 6 levels of operational office space.

1. Project management from concept stage through to completion.
2. Review of procurement strategies and staged delivery through lump sum traditional tender and negotiated contract. 
3. Working closely with the project team and building stakeholders in a collaborative environment to provide a seamless delivery process.
