The Blackfriars Residence is a student accommodation project located in ACU’s Canberra Signadou Campus. 

The heritage-listed Blackfriars Building was a former priory for the Dominican Fathers for seminarian studies and was converted into offices and teaching spaces for the university. The building is an octagonal shape with courtyard and cloister below. The project included the refurbishment of the 42 original bedrooms on the upper level to create student accommodation associated communal and social spaces providing inclusive living spaces foster learning and personal growth.    

1. Represented the client in the role of Development Manager.
2. Management of the internal client stakeholders.
3. Quality control and adherence to ACU design standards.
