The project featured the adaptive reuse of a decommissioned water treatment plant to create a community District Park including large adventure play space with water play features, community event lawn, youth hub with basketball court, community Meeting and Event space with views over the wetlands, barbeque facilities and building for the Oxley Creek Catchment Association (OCCA).

1. Engagement and coordination of a large team of consultants through a complex site.
2. Procurement review and tendering.
3. Superintendency and management of the close out activities to ensure adherence with planning conditions.
