The project featured the extension of the existing Museum building with a seamlessly integrated gallery and entry lobby to service the existing and new buildings. A café, verandah and shop provide space for patrons to enjoy and for the hosting of events for visitors and VIPs.

1. Provided tendering and value management to achieve project budgets prior to contractor engagement. 
2. Worked extensively with the client to guide them through the process of delivery. 
3. Worked with authorities and multiple contractors to coordinate the works required.
